April 19 Video #2 shows water under tub

This video was taken 22 days after requesting the water leak be fixed and the mold remediated.  It had rained recently.  Per the EPA:  "You must have completely fixed the water or moisture problem before the cleanup or remediation can be considered finished.  Fix plumbing leaks and other water problems as soon as possible."

April 22 Video #3 shows water under tub

25 days later and still a water leak and mold. Per the EPA "Dry all items completely.  If you clean up the mold, but don't fix the water problem, then, most likely, the mold problem will come back".  

May 28 Video #4 shows water under tub

61 days later and still with water under the tub.  I had sent emails, texts, and a certified letter in April.  This was taken May 28.  It had rained recently.   The EPA states "You must have completely fixed the water or moisture problem before the cleanup or remediation can be considered finished."

This picture taken April 22 shows what you get if you touch the clusters of black circles on the bottom edge of the tub with a paper towel.   The EPA says "It is necessary to CLEAN UP mold contamination, not just kill the mold.  Dead mold is still allergenic, and some dead molds ARE POTENTIALLY TOXIC.  Scrub mold off hard surfaces with detergent and water, and dry completely."

April 24th and April 25th, (certified letter delivered April 30) I sent texts, emails about the ongoing problem. See this screen shot on April 26 where it is listed as "Brand New" on Zillow.
